Shipping policy

At 1207 Kitchen, we operate a scheduled weekly delivery service to ensure maximum freshness and quality of our products.

Delivery Schedule:

• All orders are delivered on Saturdays only
• Order cut-off time: Friday at 12:00 PM (midday)
• Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following Saturday

Delivery Process:

• Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched in line with food safety standards
• You will receive confirmation once your order has been fulfilled

Important Information:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order on the delivery day
• If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion
• Once delivered, responsibility for storage and handling of the products passes to the customer

Delays & Issues:
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate updates where possible.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

1207 Kitchen is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
